On December 30th 1999 I was sued by a Multi-Billion Dollar company that has over $1.6 Billion dollars in annual sales.  They sued me for $100,000 because me and my website had the same name as one of their toys.  We settled out of court and now I must make monthly payments to this Multi-Billion Dollar company.

Below are all the legal documents which are all of public record outlining the law suit and the settlement which are very interesting if you'd like to read them.  To avoid phone calls to me and the lawyers from cyber wierdos, I've removed some of the names and phone numbers.

What makes this all so bad is that this company that does Billions of dollars in sales each year, doesn't need my money, but I need money to pay my student loan.  Now I owe more money to this rich company than I do for my student loan, and that doesn't even include my legal fees that I owe my lawyer!
