After over 2 years with my website on the Internet, I've discovered that almost any problem anyone is having is either browser or java related and can be fixed by following these instructions.
Attention AOL Members:
 AOL is having trouble with their browser.  If You are using AOL to brows the net, then to please first Click Here.
What browser works the best with this site? Internet Explorer 5.5 works the very best with this site and my VoyeurCamCondo site.  Almost any troubles you might be experiencing can be overcome if you close Netscape or AOL and use Internet Explorer.

I Have Internet Explorer 6.0 and RoseCam doesn't work. It keeps telling me I'm a Guest. What do I do?

 Setting Up IE 6.0, You must do this exactly - Close all your browser windows.  Open a browser. Click tools at the top menu bar, then Internet options on the drop down menu, then click the security tab, then click the trusted sites icon, then click the sites button, then uncheck the box at the bottom that says "Require Server Verification" then at the top line that says, "Add this website to the zone" enter http://209.71.229.26 then click the add button , then click the okay button, then okay button again, then close all your browsers, then open a new browser and it will work for you.
How can I use Internet Explorer when I have America Online as my service provider? After you have logged online, then minimize AOL by clicking on the minus sign, "-" in the top right hand corner of your screen.  This will leave AOL operating in the background and allow you to open Internet Explorer and use it as your main browser.
Why don't the streaming videos or chatrooms work when I am using Internet Explorer? Do you have Java Applets enabled?  If not, then open Internet Explorer's browser and then go to "Tools", located at the menu bar along the top of your screen, then select "Internet Options" at the bottom of the drop-down menu, then select the "Advanced" tab at the top of that window, then scroll down until you see, "Microsoft VM" and select "JIT compiler for virtual machine" This will enable your Java Applets but you must first restart your computer for this to take effect.
Why do the streaming videos only work for 5 seconds before freezing, when I am Using America Online? If you are using America Online then usually what happens is the video will appear in my live webcam, but then it will freeze after only about 5 seconds.  This is a fault of AOL's browser and the only way to overcome it is to use Internet Explorer's browser instead.  To do this, After you have logged online, then minimize AOL by clicking on the minus sign, "-" in the top right hand corner of your screen.  This will leave AOL operating in the background and allow you to open Internet Explorer and use it as your main browser.
I know there are several updates with hundreds of new pictures posted every week, but the new links that will take me to those updates don't appear in my browser. Clear Your Temporary Internet Files...  Especially if you are using Netscape since it is notorious for keeping old files that have changed since the last time you were online and instead of finding the updated links and information, it often times will still display the old screen without the updates.  That's another reason why we like Internet Explorer 5.5 best.

To Clear Your Temporary Files In Internet Explorer and to set your system so that it never happens to you again: Open Internet Explorer's browser, then go to "Tools", located at the menu bar along the top of your screen, then select "Internet Options" located at the bottom of the drop-down menu.  Half way down that window, there is a section that says, "Temporary Internet Files" and there are two buttons.  One button says "Delete Files" and the other button says, "Settings".  Click on the "Delete Files" button, this will clear out all the old Internet Files on your system.  Then click on the button that says, "Settings" and then select, "Every Time You Start Internet Explorer".  Then click, "OK", then click, "OK" again, then close your browser and open a new one, and then you're all set.

When I try to log in to RoseCam with my username and password it doesn't work, I thought all of this was included in my membership, what's wrong?

 All the live webcam shows (over 35 WebGirls doing over 80 hours of live shows a week) on RoseCam are included with your membership.  The first time you go to view the Rosecam system, you must first set up your account for the system.  After you click on the Video button on the schedule to view the live webcam show of the WebGirl for that time, you will see a place to enter your username and password on the left hand side.  Do Not Enter Anything There Yet.  Above that is a button that says, "First Time User" click that button and enter your email address and select a username and password.  That's all there is to it.  Now the next time you enter click the video button, then enter your username and password in the space below the "First Time User" button and you're all set.  Easy huh? ;)

I've tried everything and nothing seems to work... I'm so frustrated, what do I do now?

 This happened to me too when RoseCam first went to the new upgraded system.  No matter what I tried, I couldn't see the live video, and when I clicked the link, my computer would crash.  Sometimes program files can become corrupt, so  I corrected this by downloading and installing the newest 7.1 version of Windows Media Player, It's Free at: http://windowsmedia.com/download/download.asp And do not do an "UpGrade", you must do a complete reinstall overwriting all the other Media Player files in order to fix & repair any corrupt files you might have.

That fixed all my troubles, but If after doing that, you're still having troubles, then maybe your Internet Explorer browser has become corrupt, if so, then go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/default.asp to download for free version 5.5.  And do not do an "UpGrade", you must do a complete reinstall overwriting all the other Internet Explorer files in order to fix & repair any corrupt files you might have. That should do it!
